YOUR ORGANISATION WASN'T BUILT FOR AGENTIC AI.

I'm Elliot Leavy — strategist, writer, and speaker based in London. I work at Elsewhen helping FTSE 100 firms and public sector organisations rebuild their structures for agentic AI. I write on AI and geopolitics for The Spectator, VentureBeat, and UnHerd, and track sovereign AI through the Machinepower Index.

The Problem

The Pilot Graveyard.

Enterprises aren't failing at AI because the technology doesn't work. They're failing because they're bolting it onto organisations designed for a different era. The problem was never the tool. It was the structure around it.

The Thesis
Agentic AI doesn't replace work. It replaces tasks. That distinction creates two lanes: what agents run, and what humans own. Leaders must figure out where humans sit in the loop — and whether their organisation is built for a world where software has agency.
