I help leaders navigate the intelligence age.

I am a strategist, writer, and speaker based in London. I founded the Generative AI consultancy ACQUAINTED, and now work at Elsewhen, an AI consultancy helping FTSE 100 firms and public sector organisations navigate agentic transformations.

Over the past decade, I have launched and edited MAIZE, served as Managing Editor of the AI, Data & Analytics Network, and lectured on AI at UCL, Charterhouse, Wellington College, and the London Film School.

The Problem

The Pilot Graveyard.

Companies buy smart tools, but they bolt them onto legacy architecture. It's no longer about adding AI into existing systems—it's about letting AI become the system.

The results of failing to adapt are clear.

The Thesis
Agentic AI is set to rewrite the economy. AI is no longer a passive tool you bolt onto the system; it is the system itself. The defining challenge for leadership is deciding where the human sits in the loop, and rebuilding the enterprise for a reality where software acts with agency.
